Have always liked and respected Le Guin’s wisdom and “embodiment” Read “The Dispossessed” decades ago, a wise and realistically human read. The present crisis was foresaw over a century ago. I am thinking of Kropotkin’s anarchism, Chesterton’s distributism as proposed “utopias” and the dystopia of E.M. Forester’s “The Machine Stops”. Of course they were ignored and we got fascist and communist totalitarianism, American imperialism and unbridled capitalism, and are now facing the soft totalitarianism of technocracy.
